McFly have pledged their support for Ella’s Let’s Talk Disability campaign.

Our spanking-new 12th campaigner, Ella Prendergast, interviewed the super-massive band this afternoon in London. She talked to them about the idea behind her campaign – encouraging young people to look past disability – and asked the boys about their experiences of being around disabled people themselves.

Tom, Dougie, Harry and Danny were hugely supportive of Let’s Talk Disability and told Ella about a couple of their friends that have disabilities and encounter people staring at them and treating them differently.

After the interview, Ella played McFly an amazing song she’s written about campaigning. The boys liked it so much that they all joined in and sang the chorus with her!

And as if that wasn’t enough McFly love for one day: Tom, Dougie and co have since tweeted about Ella’s campaign, saying how ace it is and asking their followers to get behind her.
